Delivery & Returns

Delivery Information:

All purchases now include delivery to the UK mainland, including Northern Ireland. We no longer have a minimum order cost to qualify for free postage and packaging.  We aim to dispatch your purchase as soon as possible, but if there is any delay we will contact you. We use Royal Mail first or second class post or Standard Parcels Service (depending on the size of the parcel) and your purchase should arrive within the time set out by Royal Mail. If you have not received your parcel, please contact us and we will investigate. Please note that as we are not using a courier service we are unable to fulfil specific delivery instructions.

We also deliver within the EU. The current cost of this is £12.00 per sling. I appreciate this is quite a lot, but so is tracked post to the EU! If you are ordering small accessory items from the EU please email and we will be able to adjust delivery charges. Please select International Delivery at checkout.

We do not currently sell or ship to any countries outside the EU. (This currently includes the Channel Islands, although, subject to insurance clarification, this may change) There are no exceptions to this due to insurance restrictions. We do not ship to parcel forwarding services unless the billing address is a residential address within the EU. Any transactions suspected to be attempting to bypass this rule will be cancelled.

Returns:

All returns will be dealt with in accordance with your statutory rights. If you need to return a product we would be grateful if you could email us to let us know the situation in advance.

In addition, in some circumstances we may be able to exchange unwanted slings or provide a credit note. Please telephone or email one of us to discuss. There may be a small administration charge for this.

Cancellation:

In accordance with the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations
2013, you have the right to cancel your order starting from the time you place the order and ending on the expiry of 14 working days starting from the day after the goods have been received. Please notify us of your intentions and return the goods within the 14 day cooling-off period. Goods must be in their original condition and packaging. If a sling is washed, or has been used then we will deem you to have accepted the product and this cancellation policy will not apply.
