Delivery Information: All purchases now include delivery to the UK mainland, including Northern Ireland. We no longer have a minimum order cost to qualify for free postage and packaging. For delivery to other areas, please email first. We aim to dispatch your purchase as soon as possible, but if there is any delay we will contact you. We use Royal Mail first class post or Standard Parcels Service and your purchase should arrive within the time set out by Royal Mail. If you have not received your parcel, please contact us and we will investigate. Please note that as we are not using a courier service we are unable to fulfil specific delivery instructions. Returns: All returns will be dealt with in accordance with your statutory rights. If you need to return a product we would be grateful if you could email us to let us know the situation in advance. In addition, in some circumstances we may be able to exchange unwanted slings or provide a credit note. Please telephone or email one of us to discuss. There may be a small administration charge for this. Cancellation: In accordance with the The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order starting from the time you place the order and ending on the expiry of 7 working days starting from the day after the goods have been received. Please notify us of your intentions and return the goods within the 7 day cooling-off period. Goods must be in their original condition and packaging. If a sling is washed, or has been used then we will deem you to have accepted the product and this cancellation policy will not apply. |
